In 2008 Simon realised that if he didn’t make a change now, he would continue to be overweight for the rest of his life. Using techniques ranging from exercise tips and dietary advice through to NLP and mindful eating, Simon was able to lose over 7 stone (100lbs, 45kg) and has developed tools and techniques to keep this weight off.
